PASTURE RAISED PORK
We raise Gloucestershire Old Spot/Duroc cross pigs. Our pigs are raised from farrow to finish on our pastures, receiving a small ration of non-GMO grain.
Our farm is excited to offer its pastured pork through a PorkShare program. Members sign up to receive a monthly subscription of pork for a period of six months. Monthly shares include include: sausage, chops, ribs, bacon, and roasts.
PorkShare (~5 lbs. pork/month for 6 months): $250
There are two subscription periods each year: October-March and April-September.

Want more meat? Consider buying more than one share. Two PorkShares over 12 months is about equal to a whole pig. We are also offering half and whole hogs.
Pork Sampler Boxes
Sampler Box: $180
A 20lb. box of assorted meat cuts vacuum wrapped (i.e. chops, butt roast, bacon, country style or spare ribs, sausages, steak). We choose the cuts in this option. This size takes up the space of one milk crate.
Pork Sausage Sampler: Box $180
A 20lb. box of assorted sausages, including bulk and cased vacuum wrapped into one-pound packages.
Farmers Basket: $60
Get a taste of what the farmers eat! This box offers some of the best nutrition and flavor of the entire animal, including: half a head (can you say guanciale?!), trotters, hocks, heart and/or liver, and fat back.

Halves and Wholes
The price for a half pig is $4.50/lb based on the hanging weight at the butcher plus slaughter and butcher fees. A typical half pig hangs at 70-90 lbs. The butcher fees are two-fold: a set price for slaughter and vacuum packaging and a per pound processing fee based on the hanging weight of the animal. A half pig is about two cubic-feet depending on packing in the boxes.
The price for a whole pig is $4.00/lb* based on the hanging weight at the butcher plus slaughter and butcher fees. A typical whole pig hangs at 140-180 lbs. The butcher fees are two-fold: a set price for slaughter and vacuum packaging and a per pound processing fee of based on the hanging weight of the animal. A whole pig is about four cubic-feet depending on packing in the boxes.
*We also have a number of larger hogs available at a reduced per pound price- fantastic for whole hog sausage as well as regular cuts. Please contact us directly if you would like more information.
